Support outbound pipeline generation and marketing automation by conducting prospect research, managing Pardot campaigns, and maintaining CRM data.
Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), research skills, and website content management (WordPress). Highly organized and proactive.
SUMMARY We are looking for a detail‑oriented candidate to support our outbound pipeline generation and marketing automation efforts. This hybrid role combines prospecting research with Pardot management, helping fuel our sales and marketing engine. 1. Outbound Research & Prospecting Support (Cold Outbound) Build prospect lists to support outbound activities of the SDR Conduct research on companies and buyer personas to ensure accurate targeting. Identify and enrich contact information using tools such as Lusha, Clay, Salesforce Maintain clean data inside Salesforce and ensure all key information is properly captured. 2. Marketing automation tool and website update tasks Create and manage nurture tracks, including strategy, segmentation, and automation rules. Build, test, and schedule email sends to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Monitor and optimize email performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions). Maintain consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and best practices for assets in Pardot. Support website updates in WordPress, including making content edits, Requirements Experience with tools such as Lusha, Clay, Salesforce, Wordpress and Pardot/MCAE. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Comfort working with data, lists, and CRM processes. Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive.
