We’re looking to hire a People Services Associate for a leading global gaming and entertainment company known for its innovative culture and collaborative environment. You’ll join the People Services team to provide seamless support across the candidate and employee lifecycle. This is a contract opportunity, fully remote. Responsibilities: Deliver support across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Act as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment inquiries, ensuring accurate guidance and excellent customer service. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate travel, virtual interviews, and background checks. Support onboarding tasks including documentation, offer audits, and IT handoffs. Manage HR data entry, audits, and personnel file maintenance for compliance. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support to managers and employees. Maintain and improve HR resources such as policies and knowledge articles. Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence on projects and process improvements. Escalate sensitive cases appropriately while maintaining confidentiality. Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Experience in HR operations or People Services roles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR systems and processes. High attention to detail and compliance standards.
