This role supports cross-functional teams by analyzing performance data, conducting field audits, and implementing quality control systems. Reporting to the Quality or Operations leadership team, the Quality Engineer helps ensure compliance, reduce errors, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The Must-Haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in quality or process improvement roles, preferably in logistics • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and operational excellence tools • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred • Ability to travel occasionally (10–25%) Your Mission in Motion: • Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. • Develop and monitor quality metrics and dashboards to support decision-making. • Conduct field audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. • Lead corrective action initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues. • Support the rollout of new SOPs, quality metrics, and technologies across the network. • Partner with engineering and IT to enhance automation, scanning accuracy, and package handling reliability.
