Technical Lead / Solutions Architect Experience: 8+ years technical leadership Purpose: Lead technical planning, architecture, and solution design Job Description The Technical Lead is responsible for designing and overseeing the technical architecture and implementation of DMS support services, including platform upgrades, integrations, performance tuning, and security compliance. Responsibilities • Lead solution architecture and system design • Create technical specifications and design documentation • Oversee integration with FDIC enterprise systems • Support performance optimization and troubleshooting • Ensure compliance with FDIC security and data handling standards • Mentor development and support teams Required Skills • Strong system architecture background • Experience with cloud, databases, APIs, security frameworks
