TikTok Account Manager – ONE PERCENT BRAND Location: Remote / Portsmouth, NH preferred Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Reports to: Founder Brand: ONE PERCENT — Apparel for athletes + business performers who refuse to be average. We are expanding aggressively and need a TikTok expert who understands culture, storytelling, and the athlete/business mindset. If you can capture raw energy and turn it into viral content — you’re the one. ROLE OVERVIEW The TikTok Account Manager will own the entire TikTok ecosystem for ONE PERCENT BRAND — strategy, content creation, editing, posting, community, influencers, and growth. This is NOT a “post once a week” job. This is a daily content engine, built for someone who lives and breathes TikTok culture. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Content Strategy • Build a 7-day TikTok content calendar aligned with the one percent brand pillars: GRIT • DISCIPLINE • ATHLETICISM • ENTREPRENEUR MINDSET • NO EXCUSES • Pitch hooks and concepts weekly • Identify high-impact trends and integrate them into brand storytelling 2. Content Creation • Film daily raw clips (gym, lifestyle, founder content, product shots) • Edit in TikTok or CapCut using brand’s signature style: ◦ Black & white ◦ Fast cuts ◦ Subtitles ◦ Motivational soundtracks • Create 1–2 posts per day 3. Posting & Optimization • Post at optimal times (early AM grind, late-night hustle) • A/B test hooks, captions, and visuals • Track video performance and audience behavior 4. Community Management • Reply to all comments within hours • Engage with athlete, fitness, and motivational creators • Turn followers into brand loyalists through effective engagement 5. Creator & Influencer Partnerships • Source 10–20 athlete creators weekly • Manage DM outreach, negotiation, and content expectations • Coordinate UGC for product launches • Update and maintain creator spreadsheets 6. TikTok Shop • Keep listings optimized • Manage orders and customer inquiries • Recruit creators to promote products via TikTok Shop 7.
