You’ll work inside an agile DevSecOps environment with cleared professionals who value craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Junior .NET Developer implements user stories, debugs issues, writes unit tests, documents modules, and follows secure coding practices under senior guidance. Responsibilities • Develop features from user stories and technical designs • Debug issues and contribute unit tests • Document modules and APIs • Follow secure coding and code-review checklists • Participate in team ceremonies and learn established patterns Requirements • 1–3 years experience • BS or AA degree • Security+ within 90 days of start • Secret clearance • Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $75,000 to $95,000 OM Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
