Support and manage EMPI data integrity tasks including troubleshooting, monitoring chart corrections, and leading training.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, RHIA or RHIT certification, and at least 2 years of Data Integrity/EMPI experience.
Job Description: • Supports the System-wide Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) • Assists with various functions in Data Integrity/EMPI • Troubleshoots data integrity issues • Monitors assigned chart correction cases • Utilizes various applications and validate documents • Manages multiple critical tasks in a fast paced environment • Leads cross training and new hire onboarding • Responds to external facility/practice inquiries regarding HIE Requirements: • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree • RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator - American Health Information Management Association • RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician - American Health Information Management Association • Data Integrity/EMPI Data Experience of 2 years or greater.
