Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. This vital role supports our leadership by managing schedules, overseeing projects, coordinating between multiple departments and ensuring smooth office operations. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the marine industry. Responsibilities • Coordinate between management, sales staff, service employees and vendors to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service • Oversee the process of checking in and checking out boats. Photograph boats. • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence. • Assist with project coordination and event planning. • Handle office management tasks including bookkeeping and data entry. • Provide exceptional administrative support to executives. • Maintain professional communication via phone and email. • Oversee filing systems and manage office supplies. • Support team members with organizational needs and scheduling. Qualifications • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with project coordination or event planning is a plus. • Knowledge of office management procedures and clerical practices. • Experience with bookkeeping.
