Overview We’re a fast-growing property management company looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you’re skilled, reliable, and can handle residential maintenance, this role has strong potential to become full-time as we continue to expand. Responsibilities • Perform general maintenance and repairs in homes and multi-family buildings • Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance issues • Complete work orders efficiently and professionally • Communicate clearly with tenants and management (English & Spanish) • Keep properties clean, safe, and well-maintained • Assist with unit turnovers and small repairs as needed Requirements • Maintenance experience with homes/buildings • Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and general repairs • Must speak English & Spanish • Must have and use your own car • Must have and use your own tools • Reliable, professional, able to work independently • Good communication with tenants and management Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Parental leave • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Relocation assistance Experience: • General Property Maintenance : 3 years (Required) Language: • Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Union County, NJ (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
