Position: Project Manager Location: Columbia, Tennessee (Hybrid/Remote) Experience level: 8+ years Job Type: Contract Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead with strong system analysis skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in onsite-offshore coordination. Experience in software consulting is a significant advantage. Roles and Responsibility: 1. Project Planning: • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure. • Develop and maintain project plans, including sprint planning and backlog grooming. • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to project schedules.. Team Coordination: • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Provide guidance and mentorship to development team members. 2. Client Engagement : • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. • Conduct regular status meetings and reports to keep clients informed of project progress. • Travel to client locations once a month to build and maintain strong client relationships. 4. Technical Expertise : • Utilize strong system analysis/development background to provide technical leadership and support to the team. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of best practices and high-quality code. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 5. Onsite-Offshore Coordination: • Effectively manage and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment with project goals. • Address any issues or challenges that arise in the onsite-offshore model and provide solutions. 6.
