This is a founding-level opportunity for a senior technical leader who’s excited to build systems, teams, and processes from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with the executive team to define the technology roadmap, lead engineering strategy, and drive execution on complex, high-impact projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and thrives in early-stage, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the overall engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads. • Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. • Partner with product and design teams to deliver innovative, user-focused features. • Implement best practices across software architecture, DevOps, and data systems. • Oversee code quality, technical documentation, and release management. • Champion a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering culture. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in leadership. • Proven track record of scaling technology teams or products from inception to growth stage. • Strong technical background in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms. • Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives and building diverse teams. • Hands-on familiarity with modern tools and frameworks (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD). • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to align technology with business priorities. • Experience in startups or fast-scaling environments preferred.
