Full Description

Who We Are: NuvemRx Health helps Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) simplify the complexity of pharmacy operations by combining expert services with advanced technology and analytics to uncover savings, elevate patient care, and deliver on your mission. Our vision lies in a world where every FQHC can count on their pharmacy to improve health, enable financial stability, and adapt as the world changes. NuvemRx's mission is to be the most trusted and reliable pharmacy partner. We are committed to prioritizing affordable healthcare, making it accessible to all and creating a positive impact on society through our services and partnerships. What We Are Looking For: At NuvemRx, we know high standards must be maintained to deliver impact at scale, and we want to work with people that embody our core values: • Patients & People First. Mission Always. Our mindset and actions matter - we take every decision as an opportunity to act in service of patients, providers, the community, and our team. Every decision should strengthen clinical outcomes and mission fulfillment. • Lead with Curiosity. Grow with Purpose. We are continuous learners, fueled by intellectual and emotional curiosity, flexibility, and resilience. We challenge all assumptions, most importantly our own, and ask better questions because we know innovation starts with self-awareness and understanding. We use our creativity to meet challenges and advance practical solutions to problems. • Stronger Together. We achieve more through open communication, shared accountability, and true collaboration. We speak up with courage and respect, never letting ego or blame get in the way of progress. No silos. No blame game. Just real teamwork. • Deliver Meaningful Value. We focus on results that matter - not activity for its own sake. If it doesn't advance our partners' missions, it's not worth doing. • Bring Humanity to the Hard Work. We meet challenges with kindness, humor, and compassion. Because better outcomes are built not just by smart people - but by good people and great teams. Because we are a fast-growing company with a bold mission and a lot of work to do, every employee of NuvemRx must also have growth company DNA, which requires either success working in a fast-paced VC/PE-backed early-stage company with high expectations or the underlying qualities that create that success including: high-motor, comfort with ambiguity, resilience in all of its forms, and a growth mindset. Things change quickly and frequently at NuvemRx, so we need team members that are at the top of their game and can shift gears, alter direction, and keep going at pace. You must be a playbook writer and executor, able to make plans that both meet the current moment and contemplate the future and then implement them. No matter your job level, you will own your work from beginning to end, take feedback well, prioritize what matters, never rest on your laurels, stay positive and resilient, and make data-driven decisions. We are looking for a smart, driven VP of Marketing Operations to drive strategic marketing initiatives and demand-generating programs for NuvemRx. In this role, you will: • Oversee the development and execution of marketing operations strategy aligned with overall business goals • Drive operational excellence across the marketing function by implementing standardized processes, best practices, and performance metrics • Streamline end-to-end campaign operations including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting • Establish KPls and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and ROI • Support personalization and segmentation strategies to improve outreach and engagement • Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms • Remain and ahead of the curve with trends in marketing operations and demand generation • Build strategic roadmap for marketing technology adoption to accelerate growth • Manage marketing operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources • Lead financial planning for marketing campaigns, technology investments, and team development • Foster a collaborative and growth mindset-oriented culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and recognition of achievements "NuvemRx provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or medical disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, military and/or veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by applicable state or federal law." Requirements • Growth company DNA as described above • A track record of consistently delivering results against quarterly and annual goals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and concise manner. • Bachelor's degree or higher from a selective college or university, or similarly developmental and distinguished life experience. • The ability to successfully work on a remote-based team with a willingness to travel to internal workshops location to be determined, as well as to team meetings and offsite vendor meetings, which could be up to 15%-20% of the time. Preferred Experience: • Experience working in healthcare industry • Master of Business Administration Benefits: Work/Life Balance: • Flexible work arrangements and a remote-first work environment (for select positions); • Recurring company gatherings throughout the year to promote connection and collaboration • High Earning Potential: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
