This is a remote position that requires up to 15% international travel and regular collaboration across multiple regions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of experience in the power and utilities sector, with a focus on mission-critical infrastructure. • Expertise in substation design, power routing, permitting, and strategic sourcing. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to navigate global regulatory environments and drive compliance. • Deep understanding of load forecasting, cost optimization, and GIS-based planning. • Experience in contract negotiations and risk management for power procurement.
