NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Global Maximo (OMX/MAS) Technical Lead & Administrator Project Overview Provide a comprehensive technical and security matrix as part of the new site implementation. This initiative includes conducting site-level settings workshops, delivering OMX orientation sessions for preventive maintenance and calibration for both GMP and non-GMP assets, and ensuring the new site fully adopts and aligns with existing OMX global policies and procedures. The selected consultant will support the onboarding of the new Bohemia site into the global OneMaximo (OMX) platform, ensuring validated deployment practices and alignment with global SDLC, compliance, and documentation standards. Role Scope & Key Deliverables Conduct project kick-off and planning sessions with global and site stakeholders. Deliver short orientation training for SMEs covering lessons learned, best practices, and validation considerations. Facilitate sessions to define site-specific settings required for integration into the global OMX Maximo environment. Configure and set up the new Bohemia site in the non-validated OMX Maximo DEV environment. Support alignment of local SOPs with global OMX SDLC documentation and quality processes. Update existing IQ documentation in ALM to include the new site build scope. Coordinate OMX training with the global OMX QSME team following defined Training SOPs. Ensure site locations are created and validated during IQ/OQ execution and PQ activities. Oversee validation of the new site build in TEST prior to PROD release. Drive updates to all configuration specifications and the Security Matrix. Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GMP requirements, and global validation standards throughout the project. Required Skills & Experience Maximo / MAS / OneMaximo Expertise 6+ years of OneMaximo (OMX) experience as a Global Administrator and Technical Lead. 15+ years validating Maximo systems in FDA-regulated environments under 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP compliance. 2+ years successful deployment experience with MAS 8.x and 9.x in validated Life Science systems. 5+ years of deep expertise in MAS EAM Development, Design, and Configuration using: Application Designer Database Configuration Workflow Designer Automation Scripts Direct XML and UI customization EAM & Life Sciences IT Background 15+ years EAM experience including implementation, installation, customization, configuration, upgrades, patching, integration, and data migration. 15+ years of global Life Science IT support across NA, EMEA, APAC, and EU regions. 5+ years of experience integrating Maximo with enterprise systems including ERP, MRP, LIMS, MES, EHS platforms. 3+ years of expert-level knowledge of Maximo modules: Asset, PM, Job Plans, Work Order, Purchasing, Locations, Inventory, Database Configuration, and table structures. Validation, Testing & SDLC Skilled in MAS 9.X verification/validation (VV): data migration planning, ETL, and system execution. Strong background creating and executing UAT, IQ/OQ/PQ/PV within ALM. Extensive SDLC documentation expertise under formal change management frameworks (D2, MasterControl, ALM). Security Administration 5+ years of hands-on experience with: Security role configuration Active Directory updates LDAP synchronization troubleshooting Group/User management Reporting & Analytics 2+ years of experience in BIRT report development (validated reports, specifications, and test scripts). 2+ years of experience in KPI and dashboard creation using Power BI. Integrations & Development MAS systems integration using MIF, Java customization, automation scripting, and Application Designer enhancements. Strong knowledge of Maximo database schema, table relationships, and e-signature compliance configuration. Additional Skills Experience supporting SNOW, TrackWise, and business systems data analysis. Proven success managing large enterprise upgrade projects and legacy system replacements. Strong instructional design and Maximo/MAS training development capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Information Science or related discipline. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
