We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Core Banking & Application Support to lead the modernization and optimization of our Fiserv ecosystem while building the next generation of support excellence. What You’ll Do: • Lead as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fiserv Core Banking, Loan, Deposit, and Digital Banking systems • Resolve complex technical issues and oversee root cause analysis across Fiserv and integrated platforms • Partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions • Guide and mentor the Application Support team, building technical and functional depth • Define and implement best practices for configuration, documentation, training, and performance standards • Drive process improvement, automation, and digital enablement across core systems • Oversee vendor coordination and ensure performance aligns with contractual commitments • Maintain strict governance, documentation, and change control processes to meet compliance and audit standards • Track KPIs, identify trends, and lead initiatives to improve service reliability, reduce recurring issues, and enhance user satisfaction What You Bring: • 7+ years of experience in enterprise application support, ideally within financial services or banking • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Fiserv platforms (core banking, loan servicing, digital banking) • Strong understanding of banking operations, system integrations, and compliance requirements • Proven ability to mentor teams, lead complex technical initiatives, and build cross-functional partnerships • Experience with incident management, vendor oversight, and performance analytics • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a focus on continuous improvement Why Join Northpointe?
