Job Title: Payments BA Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Minimum Mandatory Skills: Banking Domain, Experience on Payments domain, Excellent Communication skills Desired Skills: Prior knowledge of JIRA JD: • Extensive work on projects involving Payment Processing of large clients • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of working on industry standards like ISO20022, SWIFT etc. • Proficient in gathering the business requirements and converting those into technical & functional solutions • Deep understanding of multiple payment ecosystems (UPI, US RTP, FedNow, SEPA Interac etc), regional payment practices and emerging solutions • Define & document User Stories, ICDs in JIRA under appropriate epic • Provide solution, story & ICD walkthrough to partners, Engineering Managers and CQE teams • Work with Scrum Masters & RTEs for day-to-day execution of initiative via a scrum team
