Client Service Representative – Noble Pet Center Location: Noble Pet Center | 26214 Oak Ridge Dr., Spring, TX 77380 Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Reports to: Veterinary Operations Manager & Kennel Manager Love. Play. Discover. — and be the welcoming voice that families trust. Noble Pet Center is a premier daycare, grooming, and medical boarding facility connected to the Animal Cancer & Referral Center. We care for every dog and cat — from happy daycare regulars to pets with special medical needs receiving chemotherapy, rehabilitation, or individualized boarding support. We’re seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) who is warm, organized, and compassionate. If you love helping people, enjoy a busy front desk, and believe pets deserve gentle, thoughtful care, this role is for you. What You’ll Do As a Client Service Representative at Noble Pet Center, you will: • Greet clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and empathy • Guide families through daycare, grooming, and boarding check-ins/check-outs • Schedule appointments and manage booking flow efficiently • Conduct intake conversations to gather accurate pet history, routines, and medical needs • Communicate clearly with kennel, grooming, training, and veterinary teams to ensure smooth care transitions • Provide timely updates and follow-up support to clients when needed • Handle payments, invoices, and retail transactions accurately • Maintain clean, calm, welcoming lobby and client areas • Support referral communication with ACRC and local veterinarians • Help uphold Fear Free, low-stress experiences from the front door onward Why Noble Pet Center We’re not your average pet facility — we’re a compassion-first, medically supported environment with a strong culture and mission.
