Full Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can lead UI-driven requirement discovery, write structured business & functional requirements, and produce clear BDD/Gherkin-based acceptance criteria with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate must be able to independently derive acceptance criteria, define UI behavior, support cross-functional teams, and operate with true senior-level BA ownership. Key Responsibilities: UI Requirements Leadership • Lead requirement gathering for UI/UX-based applications, forms, pages, workflows, and user journeys. • Define UI behavior, screen states, validations, error handling, and front-end logic. • Create detailed BRD, FSD, wireframe annotations, process flows, and user interactions. BDD / Gherkin Acceptance Criteria • Write Given When Then acceptance criteria for all user stories. • Break down high-level requirements into testable, clear behavioral scenarios. • Ensure edge cases, validations, UI behavior, and error paths are fully captured. Agile Delivery & Story Writing • Build user stories, epics, and maintain traceability from business requirement acceptance criteria test cases. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and UX teams throughout sprints. • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage. Cross-functional Collaboration • Conduct requirement sessions, workshops, JAD meetings, and UI walkthroughs. • Independently drive requirement clarity without heavy stakeholder dependency. • Communicate expectations and ensure alignment across teams. Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have) • 8 12+ years of Business Analyst experience (true senior-level). • Strong experience writing UI/UX-focused requirements for enterprise applications. • Hands-on experience creating BDD / Gherkin acceptance criteria (Given When Then). • Proven ability to derive acceptance criteria independently. • Strong Agile/Scrum experience. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to build process flows, UI workflows, and functional requirements. Preferred (Healthcare Domain) • Healthcare payer / claims / eligibility / UM / benefits experience preferred. • Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, medical terminology, or payer workflows. Tools • JIRA, Confluence • Figma, Visio, Lucidchart (or similar) • BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar) preferred Basic SQL nice to have
