The NFLPA seeks a Senior Manager of Operations and Event Logistics to oversee year-round operational readiness and lead logistics for major events. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution—ideal for someone who can design efficient systems and roll up their sleeves to make it happen. Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end event logistics, including shipping, receiving, and on-site operations. * Oversee inventory and warehouse organization for event assets. * Source and manage logistics vendors for complex, multi-day events. * Hire and coordinate onsite labor for event builds and breakdowns. * Oversee day-to-day office operations and logistics, including supply inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance of office equipment and facilities. * Supervise and develop Operations team members. * Identify and implement ways to streamline organizational operations and logistics, including vendor relations, to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications: * 10+ years in operations/logistics with both headquarters and large-scale event production experience. * Ability to balance strategic oversight with physical tasks—including lifting and moving boxes and directing pallets during event setup and breakdown. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; inventory systems experience preferred. * Approx. 15% travel is required.
