Role Description This is an IIC role for a Behavioral Assistant, located in NJ. The Behavioral Assistant will collaborate with licensed therapists to provide behavior-based support to clients, including children and families, to achieve mental health and wellness goals. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, implementing behavior management plans, documenting client progress, and assisting in therapeutic sessions. Additionally, the role involves communicating with clients’ support systems, including families and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications • Experience with Behavioral Support, Client Assessments, and implementing Behavior Management Plans • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills to connect with diverse clients, families, and professionals • Organizational and Documentation Skills for keeping accurate client records and progress notes • Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices and familiarity with community resources • Ability to work independently • Prior Experience as a BA is must. • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
