Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marietta, GA for a Volleyball Director. The Volleyball Director will plan and oversee all volleyball programs and activities, including coordinating practices, games, and tournaments. Responsibilities include developing training plans, managing staff and volunteers, recruiting players, fostering community engagement, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for participants. Additionally, the Volleyball Director will focus on promoting personal development, teamwork, and leadership among youth through the sport of volleyball. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of volleyball coaching, game strategies, and player development • Proven experience in program management, team coordination, and event organization • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Passion for working with youth and fostering personal development, mentorship, and teamwork • Ability to work in a dynamic, community-focused environment • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field (preferred)
