Your Role in Making a Difference: • Manage daily clinic operations: from patient scheduling and client interactions to maintaining a welcoming and vibrant clinic atmosphere. • Build and nurture relationships with our clients. Be the friendly face that makes them feel welcome and supported throughout their journey. • Handle insurance verifications and client communication to ensure smooth operations for both clients and our team. • Coordinate between our Billing/Sales Team and in-office staff, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. • Support Physical Therapists with administrative tasks to keep the clinic running efficiently and smoothly. What We’re Looking For: • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. • A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for creating excellent client experiences. • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people—from clients to team members and insurance companies. • Previous experience in an office management or administrative role (preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting) is a plus! • Enthusiasm for contributing to a team that makes a real difference in clients’ lives.
