SAP Vistex Business Process Analyst 12-Month Contract 100% Remote 1 Week/Month Onsite Travel Required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Business Process Analyst, specifically with expertise in Customer Rebates & Incentives. This long-term contract runs through 2026 and will include both sustainment activities and support for upcoming regional SAP deployments. This role sits within the Business Process team and focuses on requirement gathering, prioritization of enhancements and defects, business process understanding, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the SAP configuration team. This is not a configuration or technical developer role. Top Skills Required • 3+ years of hands-on SAP Vistex experience from the business or user side • Strong knowledge of the Vistex Customer Rebates & Incentives module • Experience with at least one Vistex implementation • Exceptional communication skills must engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels Key Responsibilities • Understand and analyze existing business processes related to SAP Vistex • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements • Evaluate incoming tickets to classify them as enhancements, defects, or new ideas • Assess business value and determine prioritization for requested changes • Collaborate with the SAP configuration team by providing well-defined requirements • Support testing activities: mocks, deployment rehearsals, enhancement/defect testing • Provide user training and process guidance • Send communications and updates to field and corporate business users • Work across both deployment projects and sustainment for already-live regions • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across business teams Required Qualifications • 3+ years of SAP Vistex experience from a business/user perspective • Strong knowledge of Vistex Customer Rebates & Incentives • Experience with at least one full Vistex implementation • Ability to map business processes and act as a liaison between business and configuration teams • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Strong analytical skills and the confidence to challenge ideas when required Travel Requirement • Remote role with 1 week/month onsite travel (Mon Thu) • Initial onsite visit likely required for onboarding and team meetings
