We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. NOTE: ON-SITE POSITION Responsibilities: · Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. · Handle Bill.com invoicing. · Communicate with vendors as needed. · Input and reconcile revenue from various reports and online platforms. · Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks. · Reconcile bank statements. · Assist Controller with quarterly reviews and year end audit and implement financial policies. Requirements: · Proven experience as an accountant. · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. · Proficiency in accounting software (preferably NetSuite). · Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. · Strong organizational and time-management skills.
