About the Company Newmedical Technology, Inc. is recruiting energetic, creative sales professionals to establish and expand relationships with clients in various markets in the US. Newmedical Technology, Inc. is a global medical products company focused on the development, manufacturing, and distribution of patented therapies for advanced wound care, scar management, dermatology, aesthetics, skincare, and surgical solutions. We understand both the physical and psychological impact of wounds and the scars they create. We are dedicated to supplying medical professionals with new solutions and to improving the quality of life for patients. The Accounting Associate is responsible for supporting daily financial operations with a strong focus on accounts payable, general accounting tasks, and cross-department collaboration related to budgeting and deadlines. Primary Responsibilities • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and related payment processes. • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records. • Assist with month-end close activities, including: a. Sales commissions calculations b. Expense report processing c. Preparing journal entries d. Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts 4.Manage daily banking activities. 5.Support accounts receivable processing as needed (backup). 6.Collaborate with various departments to gather budgeting inputs, ensure timely submission of financial data, and meet companywide reporting deadlines. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, organized, coachable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for cross-department collaboration. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 1–3 years of accounting experience (General Ledger experience preferred). • Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices. • Previous experience or proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, or similar). • Medium proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly
