The HR Admin Assistant will support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities • Daily reviewing, monitoring, and updating all employee HR files; • Downloading and uploading documents to HR files; • Monitoring the company’s HR email and responding to emails everyday; • Review all employee time off and sick time requests; • Write offer letters and send potential employees employment packages and required; • Send out monthly emails of staff birthdays; • Assists with onboarding and offboarding employees; • Assists with the performance review process; • Assists with end-to-end recruitment; • Coordinates credentialing process with the admin director and billing department; • Responsibilities may vary and change pursuant to the Center’s needs. Skills • 1-2 years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and team members. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and manage schedules efficiently. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
