Your Role: As an Audit Senior Associate, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, mentoring junior staff, and partnering with clients to provide exceptional assurance services. This position offers significant opportunities for growth, leadership, and skill development within a supportive and collaborative team setting. • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in various industries • Supervise, coach, and mentor audit associates and interns, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth • Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations • Identify and communicate audit issues, risks, and recommendations to clients and firm leadership • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery • Collaborate with team members across departments to share knowledge and best practices • Participate in firm-sponsored training, professional development programs, and networking events About you: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or eligibility preferred • Minimum 2-4 years of public accounting audit experience • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodology • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
