Full Description

Job Description: • Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee and shape the overall solution and project manager to manage day to day work and customer relationships • Act as a “thought leader” for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash, part of Accenture team in the definition of use cases and business outcomes • Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery. This includes: Reviewing the SOW and any partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding • Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects • Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong customer relationships • Facilitate or co-lead with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders • Manage NeuraFlash, part of Accenture project team members in the delivery of the solution • Readout documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout • Actively drive and participate in Agentforce Division internal initiatives to foster innovation and efficiencies through development of reusable assets and solutions Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platform across all phases of project delivery • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels • Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment • Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader • Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting • Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications • Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope Benefits: • Remote & In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash, part of Accenture Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team. • Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road!
