Act as liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce development team to manage product roadmap and backlog for Salesforce initiatives.
Requires deep Salesforce functional expertise, especially Sales Cloud and CPQ, client facilitation skills, and experience with Agile product management in manufacturing context.
Role: Salesforce Product Owner Location: Troy, MI (Remote) Duration : 12 Months JOB DESCRIPTION The Product Owner is the primary point of contact between Business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team. They must have a deep understanding of business objectives, business process, and Salesforce functional capabilities to make informed recommendations. The Product Owner facilitates planning, value assessment, and owns the Product Map for the initiative. The Product Owner collaborates with the Solution Architect to define the solution and AD backlog priorities for solution implementation. SKILLS: • Functional expertise specific to Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing • Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud experience a BIG plus. • Excellent Client facilitation skills to identify business process and requirements • Industry experience with applying Salesforce for product Manufacturing clients • Agile Product Management process and deliverables • Ability to facilitate Salesforce Lead to Cash feature add/update initiative planning, assessment, and recommendations • Ability to facilitate and perform an Initiative Value Assessment • Create a Business Outcome Map • Create and update a Product Roadmap • Ability to document Product Requirements and high-level User Stories Best Regards, Bismillah Arzoo (AB)
