To continue driving our impressive growth, Neat is now seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the sales team and business strategy for our commercial segment in the Eastern United States. The opportunity reports to the AVP of Mid-Market Sales, Americas, and will have responsibility for: Leading and growing a team of high potential and extremely talented Neaters Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership Taking ownership of the region P&L, budgets and headcount planning Driving continued growth for Neat, by identifying new customers in the region Levering your network in the region to uncover new business, attending events and acting as an ambassador for Neat. Keeping updated of market trends, understanding competitor landscape and opportunities. Acting as a trusted colleague within your team, providing mentorship and coaching.
