Overview The Assoc. Product Manager, Med-D has responsibility for ensuring Medicare processes are being administered correctly, efficiently, and fully compliant with CMS regulations. The Assoc. Product Manager, Med-D aids in quality assurance checks for regulatory and client reporting and works closely with various departments to help ensure all deliverables are completed according to plan. Is this you? Find out more below! Responsibilities How do I make an impact on my team? Reviews CMS regulations, guidance, and system changes related to Medicare Part D processes. Develops deep process understanding using knowledge in Medicare Part D to better understand upstream and downstream processes. Administers end to end Medicare processes with precision and accuracy. Responsibilities also include managing detailed work instructions related to assigned responsibilities and/or support of the Product Management staff. Aids in various projects focused on enhancements to the overall Medicare Part D product domain in support of changing CMS requirements. Supports Medicare Part D Product Managers related to various Med D client requests, including creation of client-facing information. Performs quality assurance checks for regulatory and other client reporting for both internal and external customers. Identifies potential process improvements and works closely with the Product Managers to modify, test and implement. Employs a "hands on" approach to issue identification and resolution. Utilizes various tools to proactively monitor data quality. Maintains open lines of communication and an environment of collaboration with other functional areas/departments. Recommends modifications and improvements to document business processes and policies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications What our team expects from you? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 3-5 years’ relevant work experience preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge required. Advanced Microsoft Office tools preferred. Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
