Full Description

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Operations Manager to help bring Navina’s Customer 360 vision to life. This role will design and implement cross-company processes, ensure seamless integration within our systems, and create enablement kits that empower teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will also lead AI-driven initiatives - from running proof-of-concepts to identifying opportunities that enhance how we work, collaborate, and grow. Responsibilities Understands how to translate business needs into structured workflows, automation, and data models. Hands-on experience implementing and integrating business processes within Salesforce or similar systems (DealHub, Gong, NetSuite, etc.). Works collaboratively with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align processes and ensure smooth execution across teams. Creates and maintains enablement materials such as playbooks, walkthroughs, and guides to support onboarding and continuous learning. Has a passion for exploring how AI can enhance business operations and improve efficiency, ideally with experience leading or contributing to AI-related initiatives. Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail, capable of breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps. Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales, business, marketing, customer success or product operations - Must! Experience with systems and CRM integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot) - Must! Proven experience in collaborating and engaging GTM teams at all levels Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent written and spoken English is required. Highly organized, detail-oriented, true team player with a go-getter attitude, an acute sense of urgency, and quick thinking abilities.
