Task Order Project Manager Security Clearance: IT-II or current NACLC (National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Check) Location: Contractor’s Place of Performance and/or Remote Required Certifications: Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), PMP Position Overview: Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) for a potential opportunity supporting a large, complex task order—or a group of related task orders—within a major government program. The TOPM will work closely with the Program Manager, Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level managers, government leadership, and customer agency representatives to ensure the successful delivery of all technical, schedule, and performance requirements. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the TOPM will oversee all aspects of the assigned task order(s), ensuring timely execution of technical solutions, adherence to project timelines, and alignment with customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned task order(s), including planning, execution, and performance tracking. Coordinate with Infrastructure Engineering teams to conduct building and communication closet surveys, review technical drawings, validate cable plans, and support cable and power infrastructure activities related to LAN hardware and equipment installations. Support the Program Manager in interfacing with government stakeholders, including Contracting Officers and agency representatives. Ensure deliverables, milestones, and schedules are met in accordance with contract requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) OR an additional four (4) years of relevant experience instead of a degree. Clearance: Must possess an IT-II security clearance or have a current NACLC at the time of proposal submission.
