Full Description

We are looking for a self-starter and energetic individual to assist in maintaining and growing our residential business. Responsibilities include estimating roofing projects, marketing efforts, and performing site inspections/proposals. Requirements/Qualifications - Roofing estimating/sales experience required - Strong communication skills (oral and written) with emphasis on customer service - Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment - Strong organization skills - Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills - Solid background in roofing understanding of different types of shingles, manufacturers and warranties - Ability to read blueprints - Work environment and Physical Demands: This position operates outside in all types of weather. It involves lifting 60 lbs. or more, as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling. This position involves working at significant heights as well as steep slopes. This position works standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones. Travel may be required.
