Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting assembly line operations, and ensuring the smooth production of quality products. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with manufacturing processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills with various tools and equipment within a dynamic warehouse setting. Responsibilities • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the assembly line to ensure efficient production flow. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to meet safety standards . • Support warehouse activities such as inventory management and material handling using forklifts or other equipment as needed • Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Requirements • Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly line operations • Experience with warehouse operations or logistics is a plus • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety procedures • Physical capability to stand & Sit for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks involving repetitive motions • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems is desirable • Required working knowledge of RF scanners to accurately track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
