Full Description

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Thursday 2pm-10pm Saturday & Sunday 11am-7pm Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Customer Service Representative Benefits • Growth Opportunities over 90% of our management team started as an entry level team member! • Competitive pay and schedule hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. • Shift-differential pay for select shifts • PTO for all employees • Employee Assistance Program • Free employee Black Card Membership including one free Black Card Membership for a direct family member Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. • Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script • Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system • Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members • Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
