Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, team player that is passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will Interact with customers to answer questions, schedule appointments, and process and ship orders. Must love dogs! Who We Are: My Pet’s Brace helps pets walk and play again with the help of custom leg braces and prosthetics. We handmake every device on-site. As one of only a handful of companies in the country that provide this product and service, we have the awesome opportunity to give pets the gift of mobility. Pet families visit our facility for the casting and fitting process, but we also ship our braces all over the world. We’re a small and growing company who loves animals. Responsibilities & Duties: - Interact with customers in person or via phone/email/text to provide information about our products, to schedule appointments, and to answer questions - Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, conversations, as well as actions taken within our computer system - Determine charges for services and collect payment - Check customers in and out of their appointments - Clean exam rooms and the occasional doggy potty - Generate shipping labels and package products for shipping - Receive packages and process orders - Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements - Strength and dexterity: the ability to lift 40 pounds as well as use your fingers, hands, arms, stomach, back and legs repeatedly Abilities and Knowledge - Communication: warm, professional demeanor while delivering an exceptional client experience - Prioritizing work: accomplish your work while managing multiple priorities - Attention to detail: job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks - Sense of urgency: ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting and meet deadlines - Organization: contributing to an organized and clean work environment - Openness: willingness to learn and take feedback - Stress tolerance: job requires dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations - Tech savvy: high skill level using email and computer systems - Cooperation and positive attitude: job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude - Adaptability/flexibility: job requires being open to change Education and Credentials - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience working in a professional customer service environment - Proficiency with computers, MS Office software, and email - Professional business communication skills, over the phone, and in writing - Capable of working independently and within a team structure Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Relocate: • Morgantown, PA 19543: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
