The company provides expert services, including business sales, valuation reports, mergers and acquisitions assistance, and commercial real estate sales. The Edison, New Jersey office combines local expertise with access to global opportunities, supporting business ventures like franchise opportunities and commercial property acquisitions. Role Description This is a commission-only contract role as a Business Brokerage Agent. The role is fully remote and involves facilitating business transactions, assisting clients with buying and selling businesses, and providing business valuations along with market analysis. Agents will collaborate with business owners, buyers, and other professionals to ensure the success of business acquisitions and sales while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Additionally, the role requires building strong client relationships and staying up to date on market trends to deliver excellent service. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact and build relationships with clients and stakeholders • Central New Jersey Resident • Proficient in Sales and a track record of success in sales-driven roles • Analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities, conduct valuations, and interpret financial data • Experience in training and guiding clients or team members • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote capacity • Basic knowledge of business operations, mergers and acquisitions, and industry regulations is a plus • Prior experience in real estate, business brokerage, or a related field is advantageous
