Our subsidiaries, including Municipal Inspection Partners, TN Building Consultants, Fire Prevention Solutions, Tennessee AHO, and InspectorTrain, provide top-tier expertise to meet client needs. Role Description The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will communicate effectively with potential clients and partners, provide exemplary customer service, and contribute to MIP’s growth strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Franklin, TN, requiring on-site collaboration with MIP team members. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal • Experience in lead generation and the ability to build meaningful relationships • Proficiency in conducting detailed market research • Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused mindset • Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment • Experience with LinkedIn and other social playforms • Abilty to create marketing materials • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Experience in consulting, inspection services, or related industries is a plus
