What You’ll Do • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, trade organizations, and clients. • Drive high-volume, profitable sales through lead generation, strategic networking, and consistent follow-ups. • Identify new sales opportunities and expand market share. • Close deals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. • Build and manage your own sales pipeline, with your efforts directly reflected in your earnings. • Play a key role in growing the business and achieving both personal and company sales goals. What You’ll Need • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or building materials. • General knowledge of construction and the building industry. • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets. • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
