Sr. IAM Specialist – Expertise in SailPoint and Active Directory (Remote) Our client, a local distribution company that currently provides natural gas service to approximately two million people in Oregon and Southwest Washington, is looking for a Sr. IAM Specialist – Expertise in SailPoint and Active Directory (Remote) resource for their Portland, Oregon location. This role will assist the project team with work in SailPoint and help cover daily operational tickets that customers submit for access to systems and applications. Key Responsibilities for Sr. IAM Specialist - Expertise in SailPoint and Active Directory: • Experience in Access Control Management. • Review and understand the organization's predefined enablement matrix by functional position. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify access requirements for individuals based on their roles. • Work with app admins, functional leads, and technical support teams to ensure the matrices are continually refined and accurate. • Expertise in Provisioning and Deprovisioning. • Initiate provisioning actions to grant access rights to users as per their functional roles. • Execute deprovisioning actions promptly when users change roles, leave the organization, or no longer require access. • Uses a combination of SailPoint ISC, Active Directory, and SAP GRC. • Experience in SailPoint Operations. • Maintain existing workflows and system processes in SailPoint ISC. • Apply break-fix actions to SailPoint ISC, on prem virtual appliances, and other associated systems following the change control process. Requirements/Qualifications for Sr. IAM Specialist - Expertise in SailPoint and Active Directory: • Knowledge of SailPoint and Active Directory are required. • Looking for someone who has experience with the internals of SailPoint. • Ability to converse with the project team in technical troubleshooting. • Traditional expertise in joiner, mover, leaver processes. • 3+ years of practical identity management experience. • 1+ years of practical information security experience. • Industry cybersecurity and technology certifications are a plus. • *We are unable to accommodate corp. to corp. candidates** About Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc: Founded in 2006, Motus is an award-winning recruiting and staffing firm in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in professional services and technology solutions.
