Our company is currently seeking a AT&T Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Irving, TX! As an AT&T Retail Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person for customers seeking the latest in AT&T’s wireless, technology, entertainment, and home improvement products and services. The primary responsibility is to assist customers in finding the right devices, plans, and accessories to meet their needs. You will be the face of AT&T’s brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales, while ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression of the brand, thereby fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. This role involves providing excellent customer service, staying up-to-date on the latest products, and contributing to the overall success of AT&T’s products. The AT&T Retail Sales Associate is responsible for handling new and current customers and clients in the retail setting. In this position, you will be handling Wireless, Mobility, Internet, Entertainment, and Television products and services. AT&T Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities: • Showcase effective customer engagement with our clientele and customer base, initiating conversations to build rapport and understand their needs. • Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain new and existing customers • Provide detailed and accurate product information, explaining features, benefits, and uses • Answer specific product questions and address concerns to build trust and confidence in the products/service • Process transactions accurately • Keep the promotional retail area clean and organized • Work with team members to meet sales goals • Stay updated on product information and promotions • Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills • Collect and report customer feedback • Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain new and existing customers Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years or older • Must have reliable transportation as this is an on-site position in Irving, TX • Must be responsible, and solution-oriented • Must be coachable • Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, promotional marketing or other related fields • Must have a great work ethic • Excellent verbal communication skills • Ability to work within a team oriented setting Benefits: • Weekly Base Pay- Every Friday • Uncapped monetary bonuses weekly depending on performance and merit • Paid on-going training • Paid company travel opportunities- optional but recommended • Advancement and Management opportunities • Flexible scheduling for full time employees Apply Today!
