A rapidly growing Los Angeles based iGaming and real-money wagering company is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager with strong Ruby on Rails expertise to lead the team behind its core gaming platform. This organization powers both its own consumer-facing products and white-label real-money gaming solutions for major partners across 20+ states. This is a chance to join a scaling, fast-moving gaming technology company building complex, highly regulated, high-availability systems. You’ll guide a talented Rails team, influence architecture, and help build systems that must be secure, compliant, and resilient while partnering closely with product, security, and external brand partners. As the platform grows and new partners are onboarded, you’ll gain major visibility, leadership opportunities, and the ability to drive real technological and organizational impact.
