This role centers on the Oracle Health General Laboratory, Microbiology, Blood Bank and Anatomic Pathologystaff augmentation. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in laboratory information systems, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively within complex, multi-hub healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert consulting services forOracle Health General Laboratory, Microbiology, Blood Bank and Anatomic Pathologysolutions across client engagements. • Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration updates, and optimizations to ensure reliable laboratory operations. • Lead and coordinateChange Managementactivities, including assessing impacts, facilitating communication, and ensuring successful system updates. • Work closely with client stakeholders to evaluate, document, and implement system build change requests. • Own and manage theServiceNowrequest lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of all client-reported issues and change requests. • Support clients operating withinmulti-hub healthcare environments, providing guidance on system performance, scalability, and integration. • Deliver strategic recommendations to clients based on Oracle Health best practices and evolving product capabilities. • Collaborate with Morris Technology Solutions internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all projects. Required Qualifications: • 5 to 10 yearsof experience supporting and/or implementingOracle Health General Laboratory, Microbiology, Blood Bank and Anatomic Pathology. • Demonstrated experience operating withinmulti-hub healthcare system environments. • Bachelors degree in healthcare, laboratory science, IT, or related field OR minimum10 years of healthcare industry experience. • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, LIS configuration, and operational support. • Experience withServiceNowor comparable ITSM platforms for request management. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and clinical stakeholders. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment. Preferred Qualifications: • MT (Medical Technologist)orMLT (Medical Laboratory Technician)certification. • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements impacting laboratory and blood bank operations. • Previous consulting experience within healthcare technology or laboratory information systems. • Knowledge of Oracle Health product developments, roadmap, and system integration considerations.
