DESCRIPTION About the Company We are partnering with an early-stage startup developing an ambitious, large-scale digital solution aimed at transforming how individuals, organizations, and communities connect around real human needs. The initial go-to-market will focus on the United States, while the long-term vision is fully global. The platform integrates multiple modules — from resource and network coordination to social and community features — with the immediate goal of building a strong Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to present to investors and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities • Lead the definition, development, and delivery of the MVP in alignment with the company’s strategic vision. • Manage resources effectively across multiple countries and time zones. • Develop the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely execution. • Navigate and guide the team through U.S. medical industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance. • Identify and validate the initial target market, with a focus on U.S. expansion and future global scalability. • Collaborate closely with the founder to shape the business strategy and prepare investor-ready materials. • Coordinate with external partners, organizations, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress. • Drive user research, gather insights, and translate them into product decisions. REQUIREMENTS Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager, ideally within the healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries. • Strong understanding of U.S. medical industry regulations; HIPAA familiarity is highly valued. • Demonstrated ability to manage resources and teams at a global scale. • Experience defining go-to-market strategies and building MVPs from scratch. • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work in early-stage environments. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Preferably: background in Medicine, Engineering + MBA, Health Administration, or related fields. • Commitment to high-impact projects and the ability to operate with autonomy in a startup setting.
