Parts Sales Coordinator Eagle, WI | $20–$23/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time | Onsite About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer that supports major national accounts. They’re seeking a Parts Sales Coordinator to take ownership of customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, timely shipping, and excellent service. This is not just a customer service role—it’s a stepping stone into leadership. Over time, you’ll grow into supervising a parts assistant, overseeing department inventory, and managing pricing records. What You’ll Be Doing • Answer customer calls, verify part availability and pricing, and process orders. • Generate invoices and ensure all orders ship on time. • Track shipments, resolve customer complaints, and collaborate with other departments to solve issues. • Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting. • Develop into a leadership role: supervise a parts assistant, oversee inventory, and manage departmental systems.
