Grants Finance Manager Lakewood, NJ (Onsite) | up to $85K + Benefits We’ve partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit providing critical behavioral health and community support services across New Jersey. They are seeking a Grants Finance Manager to oversee the financial administration, compliance, and reporting of a diverse portfolio of public and private grants. In This Role, You Will: • Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with funding requirements • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for federal, state, and county funders • Partner with program teams to support sustainable service delivery • Lead and support the development of grant proposals and funding applications What You’ll Need: • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) • 5+ years nonprofit finance experience, with strong grant compliance background • Expertise in GAAP, fund accounting, and federal grant regulations • Advanced Excel and accounting software skills Perks: Medical, dental, retirement plan, PTO, holidays, and professional growth opportunities.
