Contract Financial Analyst (Healthcare Services) Lakewood, NJ 08701 | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | up to $35/hour (based on experience) About the Role We’ve partnered with a leading community-based healthcare organization in Central New Jersey that provides a diverse range of patient-focused programs and services. They are seeking a Contract Financial Analyst to support an upcoming ERP system implementation and enhance the organization’s financial reporting capabilities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in healthcare finance, ERP data migration, and executive-level reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to consolidate data, model financial performance, and deliver dashboards and presentations that drive informed decision-making. Why You’ll Love It Here • Mission-driven healthcare organization with strong community impact • Collaborative, professional team with experienced finance leadership • Hybrid structure – on-site presence once per week at the Central NJ office • High visibility to executive leadership and participation in ERP transformation projects • Competitive hourly rate ($34–$35/hour) Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation & Data Management • Support the rollout of a new ERP system (Sage or Intacct), ensuring smooth data migration and accuracy • Validate data integrity across multiple systems and departments • Collaborate with IT, accounting, and operations to align reporting with business needs Financial Analysis & Modeling • Develop cash flow models, forecasts, and variance analyses aligned with healthcare reimbursement structures • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement • Consolidate complex data into actionable insights for leadership Executive Reporting & Presentations • Build professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards for leadership and board meetings • Translate financial data into clear visuals and narratives for non-financial stakeholders • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting deliverables Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with department heads to gather and reconcile financial data • Support monthly close and reporting cycles with precision and attention to deadlines • Contribute to greater financial visibility and transparency across the organization Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 2+ years of financial analysis experience in healthcare or service-based organizations • Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, dashboards) • Strong PowerPoint presentation and data visualization skills • ERP experience (Sage Intacct preferred); SQL experience a plus • Understanding of healthcare finance or reimbursement structures • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Equal Opportunity Statement MOHR Talent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
