Location: USA – Texas (Hybrid) Work Type: Permanent Experience Required: 15 – 20 Years Compensation: USD 130,000 – 180,000 + Variables Visa Status: USC / GC / H1-B Relocation: Movement of goods + 1 car + 1–2 weeks accommodation Job Stability: Mandatory – No job hoppers Job Overview This role leads Salesforce solution architecture across Data Cloud, Agentforce, and core platform capabilities. The Solution Architect will drive presales activities, partner with sales teams to win new business, and guide delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. This is a highly client-facing, strategic role focused on solutioning, consulting growth, and practice leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution design across Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and core platform. • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Oversee implementation, AppExchange deployments, and configuration tasks. • Ensure solution quality and guide teams through execution. • Support sales teams in proposals, demos, client workshops, and RFP responses. • Shape differentiated go-to-market offerings and win new consulting business. • Contribute to revenue growth across existing and new clients. • Act as a primary architect in client-facing discussions and solution presentations. • Conduct discovery sessions and provide strategic recommendations. • Strengthen Salesforce alliance relationships and enhance market visibility. • Mentor team members and support capability building and recruitment. • Partner with marketing to run Salesforce-focused campaigns. Must-Have Qualifications • 5+ years Solutioning experience • 5+ years Salesforce Architecture (real project work required) • 5+ years Data Cloud experience • 5+ years Presales experience • Agentforce understanding (hands-on or conceptual) • Strong client-facing and communication skills • Must show real project-level architecture & Data Cloud experience in project details, not summaries • Stable career history – no frequent job changes Nice to Have • Experience leading Salesforce practice growth • Exposure to global delivery models • Experience mentoring Salesforce teams
