A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls regarding dental claims, benefits, premiums, and eligibility • Provide accurate information and solutions to problems in a professional manner • Document all aspects of calls and keep up to date on benefit information and claim processing procedures Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior customer service experience or related experience in a medical/dental office • Practical knowledge of medical or dental terminology preferred • Type a minimum of 25 wpm net on a computer keyboard • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
